EMMA MYLES is a Northern California–bred, New York City–based actor, writer, and advocate. She is best known for her role as Leanne Taylor on the acclaimed series Orange Is the New Black, for which she earned three Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

In addition to her work on screen, Emma is a passionate activist and longtime supporter of The Pink Agenda and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, helping raise awareness and support for breast cancer research.

She is also the author of The Trigger Kitchen: Dismantling Diet Culture One Unapologetic Recipe at a Time, a candid cookbook-memoir that explores healing one’s relationship with food and body through humor, honesty, and unapologetic recipes. Emma lives in New York City, where she continues to write, act, cook, and advocate.
